Exporters Are Hopeful That New ETI Provisions Will Withstand Challenge

Tax Savings

QSM provides services directly to U. S. exporters and other international businesses.

Since 1992 QSM has helped members of Western Growers Association and other non-agricultural companies access the FSC tax savings through the Shared FSC Program. Through the enactment of new legislation in late 2000, QSM has begun to offer the ETI benefits similar to those of the FSC Program.

Significant tax savings, often 15% of export profits, can be obtained by using either the FSC provisions (sections 921-927 of the Internal Revenue Code) or the ETI provisions (section 114 and Subpart E of the Internal Revenue Code).

Today, QSM offers “solo” and “shared” approaches to obtaining the FSC benefit or the new ETI benefit.

Exporters and others receive enhancements and “value added” services.

Whatever the size or type of your business, if you export (or if you are a U.S. company that manufactures or produces outside the U.S.), call to see how we might help you improve your after-tax profitability.
